Head Office - Co-op Placement

PLASP Child Care Services is a charitable organization operating on a not-for-profit basis, providing high quality early learning and child care, for children up to 12 years of age.

We are seeking a reliable, high school co-op student to join the Accounting department at PLASP Head Office.

This is an in-person co-op role and you will be required to attend the PLASP Head Office for all co-op shifts.

This is a great opportunity to complete Secondary School Co-op placement hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Take direction from department staff and other Head Office personnel
Filing timesheets
Sorting and filing invoices and purchase orders
Matching packing slips to invoices
Boxing up files
Willing to ask the department staff questions if you are unsure of what to do

The Position Requires:

Must be a current Secondary School student
Must have organization skills.
Must be flexible and willing to learn.
Must have common sense
Can work well with others

In-Person at Head Office

The Co-op hours: Monday to Friday between 12-5pm for 3-4 hours
