Product Owner

Victoria, BC (Hybrid)

The resource is required to assist the team in the technical implementation of a complex platform, and to make recommendations and assist with the technology and data architecture approach, and contribute to shaping the platform vision and backlog.

This overarching task includes jurisdictional research, stakeholder engagement, product road mapping, and business analysis in addition to the technical acumen required to deliver a sustainable, reliable platform.

Presentation, BI skills are important as this team is fully agile with high transparency throughout the project.

The resource should have a minimum 5 years of experience dedicated in technology business analysis and at least 5 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary analysis and design teams in support of strategic or complex IM/IT projects.

In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed Consultant(s) have the following additional skills and experience:

Demonstrable business analysis experience with references
Demonstrable architecture consulting experience with references

Agile mindset

Formal training in platform design
Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
45 years experience in tech service delivery or 3+ years in product development.
