We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Visualization Analyst to join our Data & Integration Technology team at Canadian Tire.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive data visualization dashboards leveraging Power BI to support decision-making and improve data storytelling.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data visualization needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Who You'll do

Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards for stakeholders to review data insights.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, understand data, and translate complex data sets into intuitive visualizations.
Create data models and maintain data sources to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in dashboards.
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends and insights, and develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Integrate to data sources, import the data and transform it for business intelligence.
Develop and maintain Power BI templates to ensure consistent formatting and branding of dashboards.
Develop and maintain documentation of data visualization solutions and processes.
Stay uptodate with the latest Power BI features and technologies to continuously improve dashboards.

What you bring

3+ years of experience in data visualization and Power BI dashboard development.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and SQL.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into compelling visualizations.
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to stakeholders.
Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Advanced degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related field is a plus.
Microsoft Power BI certification is an asset.
