- Organize and support company events and recognition programs
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Quebec and Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices
- Experience managing both strategic HR initiatives and operational execution
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of adaptability and proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Fluency in French and English is required due to Quebec regulatory and operational needs
