Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing


You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.

How You'll Succeed

  • Data Science Expertise: Under the guidance of Sr. Data Scientist or Director, conduct detailed analysis of data and provide advanced analytics solutions to solve business problem leveraging traditional statistical, machine learning and optimization techniques. Conduct guided research, typically on the nontraditional resources to solve business problems.
  • Business Consulting: Participate in business requirements gathering and problem assessment. Gather relevant information related to business processes, functions and operations to evaluate data credibility and quality. Utilize creative thinking to select the most suitable procedure/approach that provides the optimum solutions to business problems. Conduct indepth analysis for the purpose of identifying revenue generation and cost saving opportunities under the guidance of Sr. Data Scientist or Director.
  • Market Relevancy: Participate in an analytics community whose goal is to foster and share analytic approaches across the enterprise. Liaise with internal and external sources, colleagues, and others to obtain, provide, verify and discuss information and best practices. Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate experience in working with large datasets including both structured and unstructured data and related tools (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Alteryx). Must have experience coding in high level programming languages such as Python or R. Must have experience developing machine Learning Models. Familiarity or experience working with contact centre data is a significant asset
  • You're a certified professional. You have current accreditation and good standing in Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Physics, Economics or related quantitative field.
  • You're digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You can easily adapt to new tools and trends. You are experienced in manipulate and connecting data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
