Responsibilities
- Lead the development implementation oversight of ESRM policy suite.
- Interact with VPs Senior Executives provide strategic advice on E S risk management emerging trends issues related policy implications.
- Identify relevant public policy trends anticipate emerging challenges may affect business operations remain informed industry trends providing research analysis internal stakeholders engage international best practices standards including Equator Principles OECD Practitioners Group Shift Financial Institutions Circle industry peers financial institutions export credit agencies update maintenance development ES risk management models collaborate across business corporate functions integrating deliverables support integration considerations into initiatives publish reports Integrated Annual Report assess environmental social risks EDCs business manage human rights climate metrics public reporting support engagement external stakeholders Civil Society Organizations educate employees management topics establish priorities plans ensuring consistency corporation strategic direction monitor progress identify gaps implement corrective action plans demonstrated experience leading large organization preferably financial institution E S risk management policies analysis development demonstrated project management skills minimum 5 years organizational leadership experience excellent relationship influence management skills building productive relationships senior leadership internal external customers interpersonal skills ability inspire motivate mobilize team colleagues align adjust milestones targets maintain forward momentum strong communication verbal presentation bilingual official languages English French.
