Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of Full Time Gas Bar Clerk with Supervisory Duties (2 positions) at our Choiceland Corner location in Choiceland, SK.

Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
• Provide Legendary pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the point-of-sale system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties
• Effectively and efficiently direct the work of others on supervisory shifts
• Ensure safety is held as the highest priority
• Ensure legendary guest service is delivered at all times
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times
• Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports with responsibility of opening and closing the store
• Have a good working understanding of the point-of-sale system, pumps, propane
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

• You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements – standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly
• You have experience with C-Store/Gas Bar operations, Ag and Farm hardware, feed, lubricants, and general merchandise
• You have POS experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
• You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• You must be willing to obtain WHMIS, propane dispensing, and PMEO certifications
