We are now looking for a Service and Order Manager to join our team in Ottowa. This is a unique position, we are looking for someone who will play an important role in our daily operations and activities in the office and warehouse, supporting our customers from both logístical and technical perspectives. You will join a tight-knit team with strong collaboration and strong work/life balance.**
The Role


The
Service and Order Manager is responsible for developing procedures and best practices to ensure a productive and customer-focused level of professional support, in setting priorities for all activities including scheduling of warehouse activities: order fulfilment, repair and calibration functions.


Main areas of Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain new processes and procedures to improve product availability and shipping accuracy.
  • Manage the calibration of sensors and makes necessary adjustments to the electronic systems, and handles light repairs to electronic components, when needed.
  • Establishes a process for utilizing the ERP system to maximize equipment availability and product flow to customers.
  • Prepares quotes, develops sales orders and invoices for the sales and rental functions.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve logistics and to complete orders.
  • Receive incoming goods from vendors and places/sorts into the appropriate bins/shelves, and enter incoming goods from vendors into the NetSuite ERP system.
  • Test and troubleshoots returned rental equipment for damage and returns to warehouse storage.

Qualifications

  • Technical Degree, Cert or Diploma in Electronics, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with an ERP system, preferably NetSuite.
  • Previous experience working with electronic equipment and troubleshooting electronic systems.
  • Ability to use MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities depending on daytoday changes in the role.
  • Strong team player with a positive and solutionoriented approach.

- _Full-time position_, office location, work hours between 8am to 4pm Monday-Friday._
