Petro-Points Loyalty team members use their passion for all things Loyalty to nurture and grow one of the top loyalty programs in Canada, for one of the largest retailers in Canada - we deliver value to hundreds of thousands of members each and every day.

In this role, you will responsible for developing, growing and retaining Petro-Points members through program operations management, working closely with internal groups to deliver against program metrics and plans.

This role functions as a key project manager for core internal loyalty initiatives.

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or finance, or a combination of education and related work experience.
  • Three or more years in a loyalty marketing, data analytics, and customer relationship management
  • You are a proven influencer and a negotiator with the ability to gain commitment and support for your ideas and recommendations while developing relationships at both the working and senior management levels.
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage stakeholders effectively and display nonauthoritative leadership skills.
  • Experience in navigating and simplifying complexity with the ability to bring emotional intelligence and curiosity into one's work.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Work as the key connector and project manager for various internal program initiatives with a special focus on Field Operations, Customer Service, Digital Products, and Fraud Prevention teams.
  • Recognize risks and opportunities based on customer insights, industry and loyalty trends and recommend appropriate business strategies.
  • Work closely with our Petro-Points, Communications and Analytics Teams, to develop strategically aligned, memberfocused initiatives including mass (onsite and digital) and 1:1 personalized marketing campaigns to meet specific program metrics.
  • Contribute to and deliver comprehensive postanalysis of marketing programs, including key insights as a foundation for future program initiatives.
  • Work closely with reporting teams to design and craft program reporting from the Petro-Points loyalty platform.
  • Conduct invoicing and currency reconciliation investigations where required.
  • Develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders and become their trusted advisor.

Location and other Key Details:

  • You will work primarily out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at th Ave S.W., with some flexibility to work from home occasionally based on future guidelines
  • Hours of work are a regular 40hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
