Job Title:
_Accounts Payable Coordinator_


Job Duties:

  • Accounts Payable, including managing payments to vendors, and reconciliation and management of interclinic and interphysician billing
  • Inventory management
  • Management of cost breaks
  • Monitoring of bank account balance for automatic withdrawals
  • Bank statement reconciliations
  • Assist with Year End Accounting process
  • Management of clinic supply orders
  • Assisting Accounts Receivable Coordinator with collecting patient payments, creating and sending invoices, as needed

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Knowledge of fertility treatments and services offered at Tripod

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift boxes (medications)

License/Certification Requirements:

Salary:
From $48,000.00 per year
