As the Account Receivable and Office Administration Clerk you will work closely with the company's bookkeeper and report directly to the General Manager to ensure:

  • Payments are accurate and received in a timely fashion.
  • Updates are made to accounts receivable using Quickbooks.
  • Monthly and miscellaneous sales and AR aging reports are provided and accurate.
  • New Projects are accurately reported in the TimeSheet program.
  • Office stationery and needs are met.
Primary duties

  • Invoicing
  • General accounts receivable correspondence with clients.
  • Send payment reminders.
  • Call clients about delinquent payments.
  • Accounts Receivables Reconciliation.
  • Entering new projects into the timesheet program.
  • Receiving Visa payments.
  • Issuing cert of insurance and WCB letters to clients.
  • Payment verification and updates to Quickbooks.
  • Monthly Sales Volume reports and AR Aging.
Secondary duties

  • Ensure stationary is stocked including printer paper and ink.
  • Order business cards as required.
  • Carry out organizational tasks as required.
