JOB TITLE:
Physician Assistant


LOCATION:
Mississauga, Oakville + Remote with occasional travel

SPECIALTIES:
Internal Medicine, Gastrology, Hepatology, Allergy & Clinical Immunology, Rheumatology, Infusion


SALARY RANGE:
$40.00 to $50.00 per hour based on skills and experiences. We are flexible in offering full time hours or part time hours based on availbility and level of commitment.


Practice Details:

Unique opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join our busy multi-specialty practice that is a community-based practice with hospital affiliation located in-front of Trillium Hospital - Queensway location.

Our team uses digital health tools and best practices to allow for an organized and streamlined process when managing our high patient volume.

Qualitifications:

• Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program (Canadian)
• Certified by the Physician Assistant Certification Council of Canada
• Eligible to work in Canada/Ontario
• Excellent medical recording keeping with the ability to communicate effecitvely with a widerange of patients with different backgrounds and medical conditions
• Demonstrated competency to perform complete clinical assessment and development of treatment plans in accordance with medical directives (patientfacing in addition to providing virtual care)
• Passionate about furthering education,. training, and development to meet patient care requirements (up to date with clinical research and studies)
• Abililty to handle large patient volumes; excellent time management, decisionmaking, problem recogniziation and problem solving skills

Greats to have:

• Experience with working with EMR (PS, Accuro, Oscar) and/or HIS
• Experience with any of the following specialties: ENT, Pediatrics, Respirology, General Medicine, Dermatology,
• Holds an International Medical Graduate
  in addition to being certified as a Physician Assistant (CCPA) please note that we will not be accepting any IMGs applicants that have not completed an additional certificate or graduation with UofT or McMcaster University

Salary:
$41.00-$50.00 per hour
