Director, People and Culture at Northlands College

Northlands College has a career opportunity as a Manager for our People and Culture department at the Head Office in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan. Candidates will have a commerce or administration degree with a major course concentration in human resources or labour relations and five years of experience in human resources.

The anticipated start date is January 19, 2025. This is an on-site role (Air Ronge, Saskatchewan) and is not offered as a remote or hybrid position.

The Manager, People and Culture is an out-of-scope, management position reporting to the Director, People and Culture. The Manager oversees the delivery of day-to-day department operations and provides leadership across the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, labour and employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, job evaluation, and policy implementation. The Manager ensures compliance with legislation and collective agreements, and builds People and Culture capacity across the organization. This role requires a balance of operational oversight, strategic input, and people leadership.
