Veert Landscaping Inc, a COR Certified Commercial Landscape, Concrete, and Asphalt contractor is seeking reliable and experienced "Project Manager" for the 2023 construction season

Successful applicants will have many duties and responsibilities.

These include, but are not limited to:

• Working with clients to detail specific project deliverables
• Creating a timeline of goals to be met
• Working alongside project team to develop plans for clients and staff
• Managing residential projects from quotation to completion
• Delegating project tasks to teams best suited to complete them
• Tracking project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements
• Ensuring that all budgetary objectives are met, and making adjustments as needed
• Overseeing junior staff and teams to ensure that work continues on budget and on schedule

Requirements for this position are, but not limited to:

• Minimum of 3 years in the construction industry with supervisory responsibilities
• Knowledge and experience in the landscape industry are considered an asset
• Strong analytical thinking, along with proven planning and negotiation skills are required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Possess technical skills or project management skills
• Must be self motivated with a sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment
• Valid driver's license

Education Requirements:

• Business diploma/degree is considered an asset
• Project management or CET diploma is considered an asset

$80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
