- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement safety protocols;
- Ensure that quality control measures are established and enforced throughout the refurbishment and assembly processes;
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to detect and address any issues that affect product quality;
- Implement initiatives for continuous improvement to boost efficiency and decrease defects;
- Collaborate with production planning and scheduling teams to ensure that refurbished and assembled products are delivered on time;
- Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, or a related field;
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or refurbishment setting;
- Strong knowledge of refurbishment, assembly processes, warehouse, and facility management;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset;
- Familiarity with quality management systems.
