Main Responsibilities:
- Able to design and develop new automation frameworks.
- Able to enhance existing automation framework and modify existing scripts.
- Implement and maintain automation test suites.
- Generate test case/ traceability matrix and test plan from given requirements.
- Plan for regression and smoke test suites.
- Suggest best approaches for test automation of different types of requirements.
- Work alongside the development team and product management team to resolve all issues as efficiently as possible.
- Raise bugs and errors and communicate with developers to determine resolution.
- Work with the product team for clarification on requirements and functionality.
- Able to think bold and implement new ideas.
- Able to work in a fastpaced and collaborative work environment with various teams and stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, engineering, or equivalent. 3+ years of QA/Test automation experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Good at problemsolving techniques.
- Experience in scripting load/performance testing.
- Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL.
- Experience working on agile methodologies.
- Able to work in a fastpaced and collaborative work environment with various teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GitHub would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of CI/CD with any build system/Jenkins pipelines would be beneficial.
