Job summary
The Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa seeks a Senior Officer for Academic Development and Operations. As a first point of contact for students, this role will receive requests, acknowledge them, anticipate needs, respond accordingly while ensuring excellent client service.This includes executing administrative tasks such as evaluating requests recommending approvals providing follow-ups with students colleagues other faculties attending graduation ceremonies promoting university services.
- Evaluate student needs by analyzing interpreting translating policies procedures needed to address issues.
- Support planning process for student interventions provide diagnosis recommendations address issues.
- Assist implementation process provide relevant information inform approach intervention follow up actions initiated defined timelines increase positive student experience.
