Glide Expert – Multi-app booking ecosystem

Hi,I'm Gilberto. I partner with accommodation businesses in Rome and manage the guest experience, helping guests book tours/experiences/services.
I'm building a Glide-based app ecosystem to optimize and scale this process and I'm looking for an experienced Glide builder to implement it.
I've already started building the Guest App and I'm looking for support to complete the MVP and then extend it in further releases.
## Project overviewWe're building a 3-app Glide ecosystem connected through a shared database (Glide Tables/Big Tables + Linked Tables):
1.
Guest App (B2C): catalog + booking requests/booking + property info + Rome guide
2.
Property App (B2B): dashboard (bookings + commissions) + property info management
3.
Supplier App (B2B): requests/bookings + availability + reporting
Future:
optional dedicated
Admin App (or an admin area within the Property App).
## Release plan (scope)
### Release 1 (MVP – top priority)
Goal: go live quickly with an "availability request" booking flow + tracking.
Guest App (MUST)
- Catalog page (tours/experiences/services) with detailed listings
- Each request must be linked to a
property_id
Property App (MUST)
- Dashboard showing:
* bookings generated by their guests
* € commissions generated
- Each property sees only its own data (property_id)
Supplier App (OPTIONAL in R1)
- If quick/simple: received requests + "confirm" action
- Otherwise, confirmations stay outside the app (admin-handled) and Supplier App starts in Release 3
Guest App
- Rome Guide page (same for all guests)
- Property Info page (arrival instructions, access, check-in/out, amenities, rules, etc.)
Guest App
- Instant booking: real-time availability (from suppliers) + direct booking
Property App
- Property page: view and edit property information
Supplier App
- Availability via iCal connection (or a better alternative)
- Calendar of confirmed bookings with full details
- Reporting: bookings, revenue, commissions, etc.
- Strong
data modeling and scalable structure across releases
Access & security: Row Owners + property_id filtering (no data leakage between properties/users)
- Guest App can be public for browsing, but booking requires identification (email OTP and/or Google)
- Guest → Property association must be robust: preferred
QR/code provided by the property + fallback selection from a list (no free-text input) - Language:
English only
I will provide all content to be entered into the tables (titles, descriptions, photos/images, guide text, etc.).
Your work is focused on data structure, UI, permissions, and workflows/automations.
## Integrations
- Release 1: no external integrations required (goal: go live quickly)
- Release 3: availability (iCal or alternative) + instant booking; payments/CRM/analytics can be evaluated later
I've already started building the Guest App in Glide:
* catalog with categories and tour/service detail pages
* option selection + adults/children selection with calculated pricing
* request submission writing into a "Requests/Bookings" table
* property tables exist (codes/tokens/links) and initial property association logic (needs to be implemented properly)
I can share:
* a link to view the current app,
* a screen recording of the tables,
* and/or view-only access to the project.
## What I need from you
Please include in your reply:
* your relevant Glide experience (similar projects, especially bookings + permissions)
* your proposed approach for Release 1 (high-level plan)
* an estimate for
Release 1 and a rough estimate for
Release 2 and

* your working model (fixed price vs hourly) and availability
