Description
Duties include:
- Purchasing materials for Office and Projects as directed
- Assisting Controller with Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Receiving and directing clients in person or by phone
- Collaborating with coworkers on efficiencies and best practices
- Manage Health and Safety regulations
- Manage industry specific certification paperwork
- Managing files and paperwork
- Minimum 35 years work experience in an office environment
- Computer literacy including Excel, Word, Quickbooks
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Purchasing Experience is an asset
- Organized, responsible, proactive
- Effective at multitasking and focus
- Good communication skills
- Adaptive to collaborating with various coworkers on concurrent projects
Salary:
From $52,000.00 per year
