Supports the Marketing team in the effective implementation, maintenance and administration of first line of defense (1st LOD) programs.

Contributes to a strong risk management culture through collaboration with other first line employees, and second & third line functions to ensure risks are identified, mitigated, monitored and reported on an ongoing basis.


  • Supports the Marketing 1st LOD program in alignment with principles, standards & direction from the second line of defense groups.
  • Develops and maintains an understanding of the Marketing strategies and objectives, stakeholders and business processes to identify and manage implications and risk exposures.
  • Analyzes the impact and effectiveness of the program through periodic reviews.
  • Recommends adjustments to internal processes that drive efficiency within the boundaries of our risk appetite
  • Supports Marketing through internal audits and assists in development of action plans to resolve any identified issues.
  • Leads or supports the execution of enterprise initiatives within Marketing
  • Leads annual cycles mandated by enterprise programs such as records retention, BCP testing and procedure reviews.
  • Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities.
  • Works with the Marketing team to develop, document and enforce routine reviews of procedures
  • Provides support to the development and delivery of training and awareness programs to ensure Marketing team members have access to tailored, relevant information about changes in our risk environment

Qualifications:


  • Typically between 7 years of relevant experience and post
- secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
