While in this vital role, you will provide design leadership and solutioning architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

This is a key role to enable business transformation by leading all aspects of design and development of Oracle Cloud SCM solution as part of ERP work with expertise across Requisitioning, Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Inventory and Logistics.


What you will do:

  • Lead the solution design phase for project work and post go live enhancements for SCM modules
  • Demonstrate broad Oracle Cloud SCM related functional and technical leadership
  • Assess new Oracle Cloud ERP(SCM) new features and lead POC effort to validate new solution options
  • Provide thought leadership on solution strategy and roadmap for supporting a sequenced roll out across the enterprise
  • Ensure strategic alignment between the development stream and the functional and technical teams to ensure that the solution is developed in accordance with Enbridge standards
  • Assist in the delivery a comprehensive end to end solution for SCM as part of ERP Transformation Program
  • Collaborate with other Enbridge development teams (Oracle Cloud and Maximo) as needed to build or modify functionality and integration.
  • Collaborate with architecture and operational teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
  • Facilitate multifunctional meetings/presentations with various levels of management.
  • Coordinate Sprint Planning and Sprint Review activities during Prototyping phases of the Program
  • Maintain domain Application-System knowledge and stays ahead of solution development progress.
  • Guide and participate in quality assurance testing ensuring defined user requirements are met; translate business requirements and use cases into test plans and test scenarios.
  • Provide technical assistance to the business in the use of information and data from various source systems.
  • Build comprehensive solution support mechanism including processes, procedures and policies for solution operations.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between the development stream and the functional and technical teams to ensure that the solution is developed in accordance with Enbridge standards

  • Review and approve vendor crafted development work to ensure fit for purpose within the Enbridge environment and alignment to Enbridge standards, especially for required RICEW components.
  • Ensure transition to operations activities are completed and that the Enbridge operations team is ready to accept the transformed ERP systems and components.
  • Review data extracts and access to data for ERP Data Conversion, Master Data Management and Reporting and Analytics teams.
  • Validate data activities including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.
  • Collaborate across Enbridge and Systems Integrator development leadership to ensure that the delivered solution components meet the business functional and system nonfunctional requirements
  • Stays abreast of solution development progress; provides assistance as required to support development, testing, operations, deployment, cutover, transition and warranty activities based on solution parameters
  • Assists with System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing by providing solution expertise to triage issues and defects

Who you are:

You have:

  • 10+ years of functional and technical experience in developing integrated ERP solutions across process, data and technologies in progressively more senior roles in addition to an MBA or equivalent degree in a related field, e.g., Computer Engineering

You can:

  • Show 7+ years' experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects along with 2+ years full cycle of Oracle ERP cloud SCM implementation projects

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
