The Executive Consultant role is pivotal in facilitating the delivery of Erutan's consulting services.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client teams to achieve transformative outcomes.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping to assess various facets of the business, including:
- Business processes
- Digitization and IT infrastructure
- Operations Technology and Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Talent optimization
- Process data analytics
- Assist in developing and executing robust transformation roadmaps.
- Manage designated projects with a focus on efficient project management
- Conduct indepth analysis within areas of technical expertise.
- Coordinate with other members of the consulting team to leverage collective expertise.
- Provide handson support for complex technical analyses.
- Draft technology project requirements.
- Mentor and support junior consultants.
- Train and guide client employees through transformational processes.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement change management strategies.
- Manage customer accounts effectively.
- Provide regular updates to leadership through weekly meetings and reviews.
Skills Profile:
- Possess deep technical expertise in one or more of Erutan's consulting domains.
- Hold a graduate or undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or MBA
- Work experience: 35 Years preferred
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to assess businesses comprehensively (broad perspective).
- Capability to delve deeply into specific areas of expertise (narrow focus).
- High energy levels and a drive for excellence.
- Strong listening skills.
Pay:
$65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
