The ideal candidate will have a passion for trading, a strong desire to learn and excel, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in trading or managing investments. They will also have a basic understanding of the financial markets and exceptional decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trading a sub-account within the firm.

• Developing and executing trading strategies.

• Engaging with coaches, courses, and regular meetings to continuously improve your trading game.

• Maintaining discipline and actively managing risk.

Requirements:

• A passion for trading and a strong desire to learn and excel.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in trading or managing investments.

• A basic understanding of the financial markets.

• Exceptional decision-making abilities.

• Experience with Java is a plus but not required.
