Job summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team with experience in software development or COTS implementation projects and skills in use cases documentation and business process modeling tools such as Sparx's EA and XML/XSD and SQL Queries. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience on over 3 projects within the last 10 years holding a valid Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate and ITIL/ITSM certification. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing is required.
