The Opportunity:
The Thermal Systems Specialist plays an integral role within our manufacturing facilities. You will be the coach on the playing field, providing guidance on all thermal processes in the facility. You are passionate about safety and promote a culture where safety comes first. You thrive in an environment that is fast paced and have a keen sense for continuous improvement. Your approach is collaborative and offer a forum where everyone feels comfortable to bring forward new ideas.


Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:


  • Ability to understand the thermal production process on an intimate level
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as FSQA, Reliability, Production
  • Lead all training initiatives with regards to the thermal process
  • Ability to support Quality Assurance on all thermal food safety initiatives
  • Experience trouble shooting and optimizing cook cycles for all thermal processes
  • Work closely with Health and Safety to continuously improve optimal operator working environment
  • Reduction in the frequency and severity of deviations, leading to overall capacity improvements

What You'll Bring:


  • Technical ability
  • A few years of comparable work experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Personable demeanor with a knack for communication
  • Team Player
  • System savvy and very comfortable with using Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work all shifts (days, afternoons, nights)
