- Create loads in SAP, order entry into SAP
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatching and scheduling of deliveries
- Upload and download DMS transactions to capture all sales documents – every dispatch of a truck
- Ensure all required dispatch work is complete, loads ready, paperwork/trip sheets complete, etc.
- Fleetwave – mileage entries
- Fleet card expense management
- Ensure entry of daily trip ships into ezLabour daily is completed. Complete payroll and hours of service daily
- Maintain a fleet of road ready equipment
- Work with drivers to ensure that enough trucks
- Determine best method of completing shipments based on available driver hours
- Audit Trip sheets and drivers logs to ensure proper MOT compliance
- Fleetnet transaction capture and sales reporting (into equipment fills)
- Maintain truck files for NSC / TDG requirements
- Weekly - tailgate sessions
- Responsible to ensure that all Transportation is operating based on safety standards.
- Standards must be met for Transport Canada which is subject to external audit.
- Maintains all EH&S related files for drivers, trucks and National Safety Code compliance
- Perform random audits to ensure compliance with safety and compliance with all company policies and procedures

- Ensure that all staff complete and maintain procedures manuals to ensure back-up support

- Bachelor's degree required; experience in lieu of degree may be considered
- 2+ years prior logistics and supply management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Work/Excel, good keyboarding skills
- Excellent telephone/communication/people skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of AS400 and Transplus systems desired
