Who are You?

You are an experienced pool installer willing to lead and train a crew.

You are very comfortable running a residential pool installation project from start to finish with limited direction from your manager.

You are experienced with basic excavation, grading/layout, steel-vinyl liner pools and/or fiberglass pools, plumbing & mechanical and everything else to get a customer swimming.

You don't mind a long hard day of slugging it with your crew.

More importantly, you are driven individual looking to grow and be a part of moving a business forward. You are trustworthy so that you can take on tasks and projects within your team with limited supervision. You are able to solve problems and willing to make a decision even if it's a mistake. You are willing to work outside of your everyday tasks and responsibilities when the team needs you.

Responsibilities:

Assessing project requirements and preparing site plans accordingly and undertaking excavation work using manual and mechanical tools
Installing framework and plumbing systems as per design specifications
Installing pool liners, tiles, and coping stones as per design specifications
Testing pool systems and making adjustments as necessary
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on completed pools
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements;

Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices related to swimming pool installation
Ability to use various types of construction equipment and tools, such as excavation machines and concrete mixers
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and designs
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to pool construction
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Attention to detail and ability to ensure highquality workmanship in all aspects of pool construction
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
