Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement soccer training programs tailored to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the well-being of all participants.
• Provide individualized support to enhance skill development and build confidence.
• Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.

Leadership Opportunities:

As a Team Lead, you will inspire and mentor fellow coaches, providing leadership and inspiration to both coaches and aspiring players.

• Inspire and guide fellow coaches in their professional growth.
• Efficiently schedule and manage coaching shifts to ensure seamless program execution.
• Adapt to unpredictable weather conditions and reschedule sessions as necessary.
• Ensure consistent availability for coaching duties.
• Maintain accurate records of player attendance and coach availability.
• Oversee program quality and safety, maintaining the highest standards.
• Contribute to weekly meetings, driving program enhancements and improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Passion for soccer and commitment to youth development.
• Valid vulnerable sector check.
