Description
The Customer Service Representative is a key individual for our internal and external stakeholders who will be the first point of contact at Rockcliffe Promotional Products.
To be successful you will need to:
1.
Learn, inquire, understand internal and external processes.
- Understand Rockcliffe Promotions Products and its business, what it does, how it works.
- Understand our Product Sourcing, Artwork, and Inventory and how they create a World Class Experience for our customers.
- Become an expert in all promotional programs for our customers and ensure they are monitored on an as needed basis.
2.
Become involved and an active participant in all Trade Shows.
- Participate in and drive the Customer Experience at all trade shows attended in town by Rockcliffe Promotional Products.
- Out of town trade shows will be attended on an as needed basis.
3.
Proficiency in Customer Service
- Build trustful relationship with customers by providing friendly and informative responses, guiding them through our process from initial contact to shipment of their products.
- Maintain and update pricing databases as needed ensuring you are able to quote our customers quickly and accurately.
