Looking for a full-time personal & office assistant, to help out with both PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL matters.


I'm a family doctor & entrepreneur, running a family medicine practice, medical esthetics (medi spa) clinic, and educational consulting business.


I am looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to assist me with my day-to-day administrative and household tasks.

I would like someone who is honest, has integrity and has positive energy.


Duties:

You must be flexible to resume many roles, as needed:

  • Keeping inventory of clinic & medi spa
  • Keeping track of educational consulting students payments
  • Cleaning clinic daily (my other employees can also help) ensuring this is done
  • Laundry for clinic (twice a week)
  • Monitoring my employees' time in & out, and sick days
  • Resuming role as receptionist, as needed
  • Greeting medi spa clients, offering them drinks and food
  • My personal scheduling, schedule for medi spa clients, reminders for me
  • Writing blog/ managing SNS for medi spa
  • Responding to medi spa calls, and medical clinic calls if my employees busy
  • Small problem solving within clinic
  • Other personal requests & running errands such as dry cleaning, groceries, post office, returning items
  • Book appointments and reservations
  • Placing orders
  • Manage, book travel
  • Manage receipts
Korean speaking is preferred.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.00-$25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coquitlam, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Language:


  • Korean (preferred)
