Ajax Genesis a part of Drive Autogroup is looking to hire a Genesis Experience Manager for Ownership. The Genesis Experience Manager for Ownership is a key member of the Service team responsible for coordinating the service process and experience by assisting customers. Job Duties

  • Assist with delivery details/requirements such as winter tire packages and storage, accessory installations etc.
  • Ensure guest contact information is captured in the DMS as well as vehicle information (recall/software update status, delivery date, license number etc.) at time of delivery.
  • Update labor operations in DMS as new models are introduced or changes made to maintenance schedule.
  • Review all bulletins and product information material & participate in all available training to maximize product knowledge.
  • Maintain the fleet of loaner vehicles ensuring they are clean, fueled and serviced, winter tires installed, and vehicle ownership and insurance are available in glove compartment.
  • Coordinate all aspects of guest's service visit which includes booking the appointment in DMS as well as the Google calendar, working with valets and technicians to maximize efficiency of workflow through the shop.
  • Follow up with guest 1 day after vehicle is returned to guest to discuss CSI survey and determine if any obstacles existed that would prevent guest from completing the survey in a positive manner. Report any dissatisfaction to department manager. Monitor CSI scores daily.
  • Generally, be available for guest's questions or concerns & respond in a timely manner.
