What your day will look like:

Deliver excellent hospitality service by connecting with guests and customers in a respectful and friendly manner. Welcome guests in a friendly manner upon arrival, addressing them by name if applicable.
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting list efficiently. Escort guests to their designated tables, present menus, assist with seating arrangements to accommodate varying party sizes.
Ensure seating arrangement adheres to reservation guidelines and server assignments.
Plan and manage the flow of guests to optimize table occupancy and ensure efficient service.
Assist in taking orders for In-Room Dining, over the phone or in person.
Work closely with Servers, Bussers, Kitchen and other frontofhouse associates to ensure efficient table turnover.
Demonstrate your passion for guest experience and display your love for food and drinks through exceptional menu and product knowledge.

Your experience and skills include:

Previous host experience is preferred.
Must have Serving it Right and FoodSafe Level 1 Certification.
OpenTable knowledge is an asset.
A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to work well under pressure within a team
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Open to learn and ability to work with feedback to support the team.
