Description

Responsibilities include:
Conference over zoom, skype and phone calls with customers/clients

Handle inbound calls from customers, other lenders and insurance companies

Assist customers with inquiries, account status and problem resolution

Assist multiple departments with verifying and processing finance information

Assist various outside parties with inquires and document verification

Make outbound calls and negotiate arrangements with customers who have pending contracts or an account up for renewal

Assist customers with account inquiries


Requirements:

A winning attitude and determination to succeed

Willingness to go above an beyond for our customers

Math skills are a plus

Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Modern Office Technology like Zoom

Prior customer service/sales experience is a plus
