At IMP Solutions, we provide IT products, and IT and business consulting services to our clients across Canada.

We are searching for Change Manager / Senior Change Manager to join our Professional Services team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

What You Will Do:


  • Collaborate with project team and client stakeholders to champion change management initiatives
  • Lead / support the design, development, and management of key change management deliverables such as Change Management Plan, Communications Plan and Training Plan.
  • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to assess potential change impacts and the organization's readiness for change
  • Help clients understand change impacts and strategies to successfully implement new solutions or processes

What You Need to Succeed:


  • Successful completion of a University Degree or approved equivalent combination of education and experience
  • As least 5 years' experience leading largescale, complex change initiatives
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience working with various stakeholder groups including executives and end users
  • Completion of Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification would be an asset
  • Previous consulting experience would be an asset
  • Public sector experience would be an asset
  • Change Management experience on large ERP projects would be an asset
