The Opportunity


The Product & Cloud organization is expanding and so is our PMO Business Process team We are looking for a self-motivated analyst to support cross-functional projects and analysis.

Working closely with our FP&A, HR, and IT partners you will contribute to our team by:


  • Consolidating and Analyzing financial details to provide insight into variances, forecasts, and opportunities for savings
  • Providing support to PMO leads with Corporate reporting requiring standardized templates and presentations
  • Prepare variance analysis for large expenditures including an executive summary to share with the P&C Leadership team
  • Build positive relationships and rapport with various internal customers including HR, FP&A, and the Business.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, and automate/streamline existing processes where possible.
  • Support multiple ongoing initiatives/projects and assist with integration and acquisition activities.
  • Assisting in the analysis of adhoc requests.
  • Documenting processes from various inputs to help drive Process Improvement

You are great at:


  • Providing input and guidance into the development of automation and standardization of processes
  • Communicating with leadership on timelines and deliverables and following up to ensure timelines are met
  • Working with large quantities of data, manipulating the data, and turning it into an insightful presentation
  • Preparing workflows and swim lane diagrams to document business processes
  • Interviewing stakeholders and determining how existing processes can either be streamlined or consolidated
  • Organizing, and keeping track of programs, and documentation.
  • Preparing financial analytics and providing insights based on the analysis
  • Communicating financial analysis to nonfinancial leaders

What it takes:


  • 10+ years' experience in a process or financial analytics role.
  • Project management experience is desirable.
  • Process Improvement certification is an asset.
  • Exceptional written, presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word is a must.
  • Experience with PowerBI or other reporting and analytics tools preferred.
