Join us in making every visit to Real Burger memorable

Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and assist customers with their orders.
  • Efficiently process customer orders and input them into our restaurant database.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
  • Package food items securely in bags and boxes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, issuing receipts, and recording customer suggestions.
  • Handle incoming customer phone calls and online orders.
  • Have indepth knowledge of our menu items and accommodate dietary/allergy restrictions.
  • Prepare milkshakes and salads as needed.

Requirements:


  • Must be certified to serve alcohol in Ontario
  • Smart Service Certification is preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
  • Must be available on Weekends

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips
