Manager, Compliance Shared Services


What is the opportunity?


The Manager, Compliance Shared Services, is responsible for supporting the roll out of MyComplianceOffice (MCO) by the Registrations department in Canada including managing the flow of information, workflow support, end-user support and developing workflows.

The Manager is also responsible for data extraction from MCO, associated management reporting related to Registrations processes and for select regulatory registrations filings.


What will you do?

  • Support for flow of information to and from the MCO system
  • Support the user experience, system stability and ongoing functionality of MCO which may include issues from the initial launch.
  • Update forms and workflows when changes are required.
  • Communicate to end users any outages or defects with subsequent work arounds
  • Assist to ensure data quality, accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete Registrations regulatory filings including those for new registrants and updates for existing registrants.
  • Other Compliance project management activities

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent
  • Direct compliance or risk experience in Banking
  • Experience contributing to large projects.
  • Sound technical knowledge related to large workflow systems

Nice-to-have

  • General knowledge of industry best practices relating to Registrations in Canada (regionally and globally)
