Purpose of the Job:


Coordinate and manage teams & activities performed by PI Support on production sites (PI Logistic, FM Coordinator, Quality of finished vehicles for transfer to PI Field Sites).


Key acco_untabilities:
_**- _Supervise PI Logistic/Materials in Alstom manufacturing sites with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime_), supplier performance and Capital Spares deliveries

  • Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
  • Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
  • Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation
  • Ensure quality compliance of vehicles shipped from manufacturing sites to the PI Field activities
  • Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams
  • Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
  • Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in backcharging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

Experience required:


  • Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics

Responsable industriel et support site

OBJECTIFS DU RÔLE


Gestion des équipes et des activités de support aux sites de mise en service et garantie (logistique, coordination des modifications, qualité des voitures fabriquées et prêtes pour le transfert vers les sites de mise en service).


RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Supervise la logistique des pièces de rechange dans les sites manufacturiers (stock en consignation, livraison, cycle de réparation (incluant la durée de vie utile), performance des fournisseurs et livraison des pièces de rechange vendues aux clients).
  • Coordonne et supervise des coûts d'inventaire/stock et de logistique
  • Contribue aux réclamations et aux négociations avec les fournisseurs externes (pour la portée des activités de mise en service et de garantie)
  • Supporte la préparation des modifications exécutées sur les sites de mise en service (matériel, outils, documentation)
  • S'assure de la conformité et de la qualité des voitures livrées entre les sites manufacturiers et les sites de mise en service
  • Garantit la conformité aux processus standard (ISO, SSE) pour les équipes de support à la mise en service
  • Promeut le code éthique d'ALSTOM s'assure de l'adhésion aux normes les plus élevées en matière d'éthique
  • Soutient les responsable performance fournisseurs pour les processus de réclamation, en assurant la disponibilité de la documentation nécessaire et complète
Expérience requis

  • Une expérience technique de plusieurs années en mécanique ou électrique / électronique
  • Expérience terrain/chantier
  • Exécution de projet (technique/industriel/approvisionnement)
  • Equipe d'Installation et Mise en Service
  • Gestion d'équipe
  • Connaissance générale du domaine ferroviaire et des produits d'Alstom
  • Sécurité ferroviaire
  • Connaissance et expérience avec la Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (SSE)
  • Relations clients
