Pre-hire Onboarding Specialist - Vancouver, Canada - RSM US LLP
Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute on and support a vast array of centralized operational TA business processes related to Workday
This may include:
- Initiate and review assigned background checks
- Responsible for assigned operational prehire onboarding communication and travel administration.
- Complete assigned preemployment verification and administrative tasks
- Collaborate effectively within and outside the team to ensure integrated approach to the Talent experience
- Communicate daily with Prehire Lead on productivity, quality & availability
- Identify communication and operational issues arising during daytoday administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency and customer service.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or HR System related function
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related degree
- Ability to easily and effectively communicate complex information in a meaningful manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers internally and external business partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong followthrough skills
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and/or programs
- Ability to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fastpaced and rapidly changing work environment
- Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize work and consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Must be able to efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inquiries and respond in a timely manner
