Responsibilities:


  • Execute on and support a vast array of centralized operational TA business processes related to Workday

This may include:

  • Initiate and review assigned background checks
  • Responsible for assigned operational prehire onboarding communication and travel administration.
  • Complete assigned preemployment verification and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate effectively within and outside the team to ensure integrated approach to the Talent experience
  • Communicate daily with Prehire Lead on productivity, quality & availability
  • Identify communication and operational issues arising during daytoday administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to continuously improve efficiency and customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or HR System related function
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related degree
  • Ability to easily and effectively communicate complex information in a meaningful manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers internally and external business partners
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong followthrough skills
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and/or programs
  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fastpaced and rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize work and consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Must be able to efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inquiries and respond in a timely manner
