Responsible for the administration of asset management activities including compiling and improving maintenance documentation, updating CMMS and spare parts database, obtaining quotes for asset maintenance and improvement projects, vendor management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administration and improvement of maintenance management system_
With the support of the plant manager and maintenance manager create, improve and maintain documentation relating to asset inspection and maintenance


This includes:

  • Review information from existing maintenance plan
  • Coordinate the implementation and the optimization of new CMMS system
  • Following regular reviews and improvements, update relevant sections of CMMS system, asset maintenance plan, asset management plan and any other relevant documentation.
  • Support and improve the communication and documentation of required maintenance processes and procedures
  • Support the maintenance manager / plant manager in ensuring the maintenance activities fully meet the requirement of the contracts
  • Provide regular reporting on the performance of maintenance activities
  • Maintain spare parts inventory updated and provide regular reporting
  • Document and reports on key performance indicators agreedupon with the asset stakeholder objectives
  • Administration of maintenance activities_
  • Prepare and submit requests for maintenance and capital expenditure authorizations to the clients based on the information provided by the team.
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers, contractors and OEM for maintenance and improvement projects
  • Updates database, records and CMMS system to reflect changes due to the completion of maintenance and capital projects.
  • Support efficient planning of maintenance activities.
  • Provide client and other stakeholders with reports on assets maintenance as required.
  • Support maintenance manager / plant manager in the preparation of annual expense operating plans and in reviewing maintenance budget;
  • Liaise with other team member to obtain important information and data for measuring performance of maintenance activities
  • Support AP in resolving invoices exceptions.
  • Collaborate to the continuous improvement of assets maintenance activities
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:


  • Technical certification(s) in related disciplines and/or degree in Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in administration in the field of maintenance, inventories, assets management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementation and or optimization of maintenance management systems
  • Good attention to details
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of staff, management and organized labor groups
  • Proficient with planning and administration

Work Environment:

Permanent position, offered on a full-time basis, with working schedules from Monday to Friday.
