Alex Dolgonos, a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public, is experienced in the areas of the Ontario Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences matters at the Ontario Court of Justice, and issues dealing with the Landlord & Tenant Board.

Sukanta Saha is a lawyer (LL.B.) and Notary Public who practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Family Law, and Civil Litigation.

Together, we formed this entity to advise clients about their legal rights and responsibilities.

With a highly ethical & moral approach, we represent clients within our scope of practice while providing legal advice and other assistance where required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
• Provide legal counsel and guidance on various legal matters
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective legal strategies
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
• Experience in legal drafting, including contracts and agreements

$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
