Duties and responsibilities

The Transaction Processing Analyst is responsible for the proper functioning of Human Capital administrative processes and acting as an interface between systems and employee support.

Supports key Human Capital administrative processes (organizations and positions; employee changes including hire, departure and job changes; benefits; compensation; billing; etc.) by executing complex administrative and transactional activities
Acting as Service matter experts on HC administrative processes, provides quality advice and support to HC partners and managers, including trouble shooting, support and coaching
Audits and analyzes HC administrative data to ensure its integrity and the satisfactory operations of HC business processes.
Maintains the HC systems in its area of expertise, updating the data and validating the system meets the requirements of the HC business process
Checks to ensure that all documentation needed for compliance purposes is complete
Investigates and solves complex administrative issues with different HC partners, managers, and service providers.
Initiates and participates in continuous improvement projects as required, including:
Executing test scripts
Validating test results
Supporting deployment of process improvements

Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent
35 years of experience in HC, compensation, pension & benefits, time administration, HRIS or other relevant area
Proven transactional experience with Workday a plus
Good knowledge of HC/Payroll policies and procedures
Experience in a mill/plant/unionized environment a plus
