Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of support / client care staff and health care professionals
• Coaching and motivating client care / support staff
• Recruit, coordinate onboarding and manage a team of client care staff.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to client care / support staff.
• Help coordinate external and internal events
• Responsible for collecting accounts receivables
• Managing billing audits by client care staff and accounts receivables

Eg:
WSIB, MVA, EHC

• Establish, organize, implement and maintain office operations, policies and procedures
• Purchase and maintain office, clinic and medical equipment and supplies
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• Organized
• Selfmotivated & goal oriented
• Competence in MS Excel and Word
• Fastpaced environment
• Work under pressure

Salary:
$22.00-$33.00 per hour
