- Recruit on roles in various industries across North America
- Helping the business development team with lead generation duties
- Headhunt/network on social platforms
- Work with the management team on curating notes, strategy, taking meeting minutes, devising recruitment strategy
- Provide a bestinclass candidate experience to contribute to a high level of successful job offer acceptances
- Manage candidate and client communications end to end
- Own and drive the recruitment process from start to finish
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
- Can work in an extremely fast paced business and can adapt quickly you have a competitive work ethic
- Sourcing expert once given a highly qualified job order you can run it to completion
- 3+ years of previous recruitment experience Agency OR professional consulting is a MUST.
- You have solid Excel skills
- Strong administration skills, and someone who is exceptionally organized
- Skilled at asking the right discovery questions to uncover needs/pains
- A high level of professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit
- Someone who has a strong sense of ownership, selfaccountability, drive, and urgency
- A dynamic team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Salary: $6090K + Commission + Bonus

We are looking for a Recruiter OR Senior Recruiter to join our team.This role entails the management of both clients and candidates, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, and driving successful placements as well as some business development.
The position is 100% remote (PST HOURS), so applicants from anywhere in Canada, with a dedicated home office is a requirement.
Due to how busy we are with all of our retained searches, at this time we can only consider candidates who excel in steering recruitment projects, can source using LinkedinRPS, can speak to Finance, Marketing, Accounting and C-Suite level roles, and importantly can showcase past placements this year that was a direct result of your efforts.
You will also be responsible for the development of client accounts as you work with hiring managers and senior level candidates.
We are seeking someone with outstanding talent-sourcing skills, particularly as an expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter.The preferred candidate should also bring experience in effectively managing a dynamic recruitment desk covering areas such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and more.
In this position, you will take charge of client and candidate communications, drawing on your prior experience in successfully overseeing projects from start to finish.
