Jade has a well-balanced salesforce practice that helps customers deliver various IT projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities Cloud (Experience Cloud), Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, e-commerce), Apttus, and extending CRM solutions using the custom lightning solution, etc. we have an opening in our CRM Service Line for a BA in Experience Cloud.

    Knowledge, Skill, Abilities, and Responsibilities:

    • Pro-active personality with a can-do attitude. ​
    • Strong Analytical Skills who can measure project success​
    • Owning and driving thought leadership to influence their sphere of technology in the use of innovation to advance business capabilities​
    • Should be able to Leverage business and domain knowledge to interpret and translate architecture plans to business plans of the enterprise​
    • Able to connect well with Business users.
    • Should be able to translate the business requirements in logical sprints and write User stories.
    • Should Have deep knowledge of Experience Cloud/Community Cloud
    • Should Provide technical recommendations to senior leaders to assist the decisions on proposed IT initiatives​

    · Collaborate with other Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance to align with strategy and applicable technical standards​

    · Working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions that will address specific technology design needs​

    · Exposure of Salesforce Customization.

    · Experience and understanding of software development methodologies. Preferred: Hybrid Agile, Agile, Scrum of Scrums
