The Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Help Manager setting goals with the management team and actioning plans to achieve financial and operational objectives
  • Help Manager Training the staff
  • Leading, developing and motivating operational staff
  • Ensuring safe, efficient operation of the sales and service areas
  • Overseeing development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Staying current with industry trends and stateoftheart processes and equipment

Qualifications:


  • High school Diploma
  • Work experience managing a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability
