CASCADES CONTAINERBOARD PACKAGING
The Containerboard Packaging Group, a division of Cascades, is the largest containerboard producer in Canada, and is also a top converter of corrugated products in the country.
The Group manufactures a wide range of products made from recycled fibres for its North American customers in the food, beverage and consumer products sectors, among many others.
The Division, which employs close to 3,400 people, owns six containerboard mills and nineteen corrugated products plants in Canada and the United States.
- Your challenge
- Reporting to the Unit's Manager or Controller, the Finance and Administration Technician's mission is to provide administrative support, especially to the finance and human resources departments, and to perform a wide range of tasks to ensure his or her unit's smooth operation. You are responsible for greeting visitors, managing calls and internal and external communications, and organizing the unit's activities. As such, you are the team's contact person for any technical or administrative questions and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data integrated into the system. You thus provide your team with all the information they need to fulfill their mandate and achieve their business objectives.

- Provide administrative support to the local management team
- Ensure that the data entered into the system is complete and accurate
Responsible - Assist the unit's sectors in fulfilling their mandate
- Greet visitors, answer the phone and forward calls
- Manage incoming mail and courier shipments
- Manage the supply of work tools, including office supplies
- Update documents such as telephone lists, and address lists
- Perform the administrative tasks assigned to you (filing, office management, data entry, meeting preparation, etc.).
- Collaborate in internal communications (bulletin board, writing memos, etc.)
- Help organize plant activities
- Perform any other general office and administrative work required
Experiences and strengths - Parler vrai et avoir du cœur au ventre sont des piliers de Cascades.
- Détenir un DEC en comptabilité un ou Autres domaines connexes;
- Posséder un minimum de 3 années d'expérience pertinente;
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise du logiciel Excel ;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office 365 ;
- Connaitre SAP (atout) ;
- Avoir une bonne gestion des priorités ;
- Avoir le souci du détail, être organisé et rigoureux ;
- Démontrer un excellent sens de l'autonomie et une grande rapidité d'exécution ;
- Posséder une excellente capacité à mener plusieurs projets de front.
