About this role:
As the Renovation Project Coordinator, your job will be to coordinate interior design and renovation projects to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results of our clients.

Responsibilities Include:
- Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within
- Coordinate with the Project Manager on all projects to ensure project is smooth
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
- Make product purchases with our vendors and entire timely delivery
- Monitor, report and manage various projects from the conception to completion stage
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project as well as identified problems and solutions
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure and track performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project on site progress and completion
- Communicate with trades and subcontractors, clients and all internal employees
- Site visit as required, experience with various trade to ensure smooth construction progress
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3+ years in project management
- Project management qualification or equivalent
- Applicant must have experience in both residential and commercial interior design
- Experience with full cycle of the construction process from start to finish
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
- Highly structured, organized and task oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with project management software tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Location:
Markham, Ontario; no remote work
- Require a car and driver's license for travelling to onsite consultation

- There will be occasions where working during the weeknights and weekends are required
Salary:
From $17.00 per hour
