Job Purpose
The Lead Administrative Process Advisor provides continuous facility administration support and improvement of business processes.
The role works closely with finance and field operations to promote the alignment of business administration practices with the vision, mission, and values of SECURE.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Support company vision, culture, and development of talent
- Champion, sponsor, and guide administration programs
- Short Service Worker, Volumetric Balancing and Management of Change
- Investigate elevated issues related to the daily, weekly, and monthly administration processes
- Responsible for routine customer maintenance and monthly timelines
- Support facility mangers with staffing level, hiring and finding adequate coverage for administrators.
- Encourage communication and alignment within group and with business customers
- Travel to field locations as required
Qualifications/Competencies
The individual in this role will have:
- A minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative lead role providing supervision to a team
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to reliably handle confidential information
- Ability to travel as required
The following are considered assets in this role:
- Experience with Microsoft AX
- Certificate or diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related area. Equivalent experience will be considered
