Overview


The
Business Operations and Enablement team is looking for an enthusiastic co-op student to join our team for a 4-month work term beginning
in January 2024.

As the Business Operations Co-Op, you will be working with many different disciplines including Legal, HR, Finance, R&D, InfoSec, Marketing, and Sales teams.

You will have the opportunity to gain insight into cross-business roles and functions as well as an understanding of the sales and marketing processes.


Your skills include:


  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational abilities and a drive to complete projects on time
  • Solid problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger group
  • The ability to take initiative in a dynamic working environment

We would love it if you also had experience with some of the following:

  • A background or interest in software and hardware architecture, system and data security, IT, or project management.
  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Data Science, Business, or MBA.

The Cool Stuff You'll Do.

  • Proactively review nearterm pipeline opportunities for missing information (i.e. ship to information, contact information) and work with the sales team to get these updated.
  • Working with Senior Business Intelligence team members to enhance, understand and update data.
  • Support the Marketing team on assigned additional tasks.
